| Directions | Combine topping ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Beat eggs in one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients and fold in. Gently stir in sour cream until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins about 2/3 full. Top with 1 heaping tsp. of topping, pressing it down a bit into the batter. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Makes 3 dozen. |
