| Directions | Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Set aside. Combine orange juice, butter and eggs and stir into dry mixture. Mix just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into four greased 5 3/4x3" loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and then remove to wire rack to cool. |
