Plunket Cake or Monkey Bread - Recipe

A smaller version of the favorite, Monkey bread. The biscuits get a little more cooked because it is a smaller pan. Perfect for when it's just your family.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 8x11 inch pan with cooking spray.

In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, cook butter and brown sugar. Let it come to a low boil, stirring occasionally.

Cut biscuits into quarter pieces, one can at a time. Place them in a zipper bag with sugar and cinnamon mixed together.

Place biscuits in prepared pan. Pour butter-brown sugar over the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm.
