| Directions | Plug in waffle iron. Spray lightly between each waffle. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form when beaters are raised, turned off. In serparate bowl, combine egg yolks, oil, and milk, beat well. Starting with the flour, measure dry ingredients and pour in on top of milk mixture. Beat until smooth. Fold beaten egg whites with rubber spatula. Depending on waffle iron pour about 3/4-1 C. of batter on preheated waffle iron. Cook 3-4 minutes. |
