| 1.) Lightly grease a Lodge 10 inch iron skillet and brown the ground meat over medium heat adding the taco seasoning as you go 2.) Remove from heat, remove meat, and drain well 3.) Preheat oven to 325F 4.) Mix cornmeal, flour, eggs, corn, oil and milk in a bowl and pour half of mixture into the greased skillet where meat cooked, top w/ meat mixture, onions, cheese, and pepper, pour remaining cornmeal mixture over top of all 5.) Spread/smooth top evenly and bake for 50 minutes, cool about 15 before cutting and serving. Serves 4 |
