| Directions | Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk. Add flour, melted butter. egg yolks and salt. Mix until smooth. Then place in warm spot to rise for 2-3 hours. Drop by tablespoonful into deep hot fat. Fry until both sides are brown. take them out and let cool a little. then place in bag with sugar and shake until doughnuts are covered. |
