Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, oil and milk. Add dry ingredients. Pour into oiled or sprayed 9 by 13 pan. Spread 1/2 of topping evenly over batter. Use knife to make swirls and incorportate some of topping into cake.
Place remainder of topping on cake. Bake 30 - 35 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
