| Directions | Scald milk, add sugar, salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm. Put water in a large bowl. Add yeast until dissolved. Add milk mixture, eggs and 2 C. flour. Beat well. Stir in flour to make soft dough. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Put in greased bowl and let rise in warm place about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, turn on floured board and make into rolls of your choice. Let rise till light. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes, depending on size of rolls. |
