| Directions | - Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Coat the tuna steaks with oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the thyme, salt, and lemon pepper. Sprinkle this mixture generously on skinned sides of the tuna steaks.
- Just before placing the fish on the grill, place the soaked herbs on the grill grate. Place the fish on top of herbs. Grill 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness) on each side, just until seared on the outside but rare in the middle. (Cooker longer if you wish.)
- Garnish with rosemary or thyme.
- Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.
