 | Directions | Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onions; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until tender. Beat eggs, milk and salt in medium bowl. Add egg mixture to skillet;reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring gently, until eggs are just set. Spoon one fourth of egg mixture down center of warmed tortilla; top with cheese. Fold in sides to enclose filling. Serve with salsa. |
