| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Spray two 8"x4" baking pans with nonstick spray. In a bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl combine pears, sugar, brown sugar, zucchini, oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture and stir. Stir in nuts. Bake 55 minutes. Make 2 loaves. |
