| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Slice the cheese very thin, preferrable less than 1/8 inch thick.
- Place on a cookie sheet, making sure to leave room between each one so they have space to spread as they melt and bake.
- Bake for approximately 4 minutes.
- Watch them closely. They are done when the crisps turn light golden and blubbly.
- Remove from the cookie sheet and lay them out on a cooling rack.
- When cool, serve as a condiment with soups and salads or with your favorite dip as an appetizer.
