| Directions |
- In large mixing bowl, pour milk over oats, let stand. Stir in eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl, then add to milk mixture. Stir until all dry ingredients are mixed in; stir in oil.
- Cook on hot griddle and enjoy! Serve with your favorite pancake topping.
Note: We usually double the batch, and add 2 c of blueberries. You can also use old fashioned oats, but you have to microwave or cook the milk and oats together until very hot. Add some of that to the eggs, then pour that egg mixture back into the rest of the oat mixture. (Otherwise you cook the eggs!) |
