Cornbread Muffins 3 - Recipe

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan, or use baking cups.

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Fill each muffin cup half way. Bake 20-25 minutes. If muffins are not brown, place pan under a broiler until they are golden brown.

-		3/4 cup corn meal
-		1/4 cup sugar
-		2 teaspoons baking powder
-		1 cup milk
-		1/4 cup Oil
-		1 egg, beaten
