 | Directions |
- Mix lobster meat, celery, onion, mayo, zest, seasonings and capers.
- Chill in refrigerator.
- Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake at 350° F until lightly toasted, approximately 5 minutes.
- When cool, spoon generous amount of lobster salad onto each baguette.
- Garnish with parsley.

- |  | salt and pepper to taste |
- |  | 1 tablespoon capers |
- |  | 4 tablespoons olive oil |
- |  | 1 baguette - sliced into 1/4 inch slices |
- |  | parsley for garnish |
