In a glass measuring cup, put 1/4 cup warm water. Add 1 package. yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. In a large bowl, measure 3 cups Bisquick. After 10 minutes add 1/2 cup cold water plus the yeast mixture. Stir and shape into a ball. Divide the ball into 4 balls. Roll each ball into a 10x13" rectangle, about 1/4" thick. (During the 10 minute wait, melt 1 cup butter and mix in a small bowl with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.) Brush dough with the melted butter, sugar & cinnamon. Roll up dough and place on baking sheet, one next to the other. Slice into 1" slices, but do not separate. Pour extra butter and sugar mixture over the rolls. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
I use a 9x13 pan per serving.
