 | Directions | ONION RINGS:
- Peel and slice onions thinly, separate into rings.
- Mix flour and seasonings in a medium bowl.
- Heat canola oil in deep pan or deep fryer to 350°.
- Dredge onion rings in seasoned flour, shake off excess. Not much sticks to the rings.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Do small batches so the rings don't stick together.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Keep warm until the rest are finished.
- Serve with ranch blu cheese dip.
RANCH BLU CHEESE DIP:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Also good with cut up vegetables.

- |  | 1/2 cup ranch dressing |
- |  | 1 green onion - chopped |
- |  | 1/4 cup blu cheese - crumbled |
- |  | 2 dashes tobasco - or more if desired |
