| Directions |
Prepare vegetables and place all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover slow cooker and turn on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
During the last hour of cooking time, add 1 additional cup of chicken broth or milk. Continue cooking time.
Season to taste.
