| Directions | Scald milk; add sugar, salt and oleo. Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large bowl and sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved. Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Turn on to lightly floured board; knead 8 to 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, grease top, cover and let rise in warm place about 30 minutes. Punch down and make into pan rolls, cloverleaf, cinnamon, etc. Let rise again for 30 minutes. Bake about 300°-325° for 30 minutes. |
