| Directions |
- Wash and dry greens. Peel and slice pears. Put hazelnuts in a plastic bag or under a towel and crush coarsely - the pieces should be quite large.
- Toss greens with vinaigrette and arrange on four salad plates. Arrange pear slices in a decorative pattern over the greens. Scatter nuts and feta over greens and serve.
