| Directions | Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk (cool to warm). Add yeast, eggs, sugar, salt, and shortening. Add flour 1/2 at a time. First rise = 2 hours. Work into rolls. Second rise = 45 minutes. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Makes 2, 9x13" pans, of dinner rolls. |
