 | Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Greese 2 9x5 inch loaf pans. Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Then add bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in nuts, if desired. Put into prepared pans and bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
