Easy Fudge Recipe
Directions
  • Grease 9" x 9" baking dish and set aside.
  • Pour chocolate and butterscotch chips, vanilla and condensed milk into saucepan and heat on low.
  • Stir the mixture in the saucepan until it all melt together, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the nuts and raisins.
  • Scoop the fudge into the baking pan, cut the red candied cherries into halves and the green into quarters. Use the red cherries as the hollies and the green to make the leaves.
  • Garnish with walnuts to make the holly berry twigs.
  • Put fudge in fridge to chill until firm. Cut pieces into small squares, and serve.
  • *Optional: Use a round baking dish to create a wreath of fudge. Grease the emptied condensed milk can and place in the center of the baking dish. Pour fudge around the can and into the baking dish.
