Directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and 3 in another

2. Combine - don't over stir.

3. Grease 9x9 pan & bake at 400° for 20 -25 minutes or until wooden toothpick can be inserted into center and come out clean.

-		1/2 cup Oat Flour
-		1/2 cup wheat flour
-		1 cup Corn Flour or Meal
-		1/4 cup sugar
-		1 tablespoon baking powder
-		1/2 teaspoon Salt
-		2 Eggs
-		1 cup Whipping Cream, Buttermilk, or Milk
-		1/4 cup vegetable oil or applesauce
-		1/4 cup honey
