| Directions |
- Coarsely chop shrimp.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, zest and lemon juice.
- Add in the shrimp, celery and green onions.
- Fill each tart shell with a heaping tablespoon of mixture.
- Garnish if desired with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve chilled.
