| Directions |
- Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400°.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, melt butter and sugar together in a microwave. (45 seconds)
- Toss prepared Brussels sprouts and onions on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Pour butter and sugar mixture over the Brussels sprouts and onions.
- Pour vinegar over brussels and onions.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss altogether on the baking sheet.
- Roast until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
