| Directions |
- Sift together flour and cream of tartar.
- Cream the butter with the sugar.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Blend in the flour until well incorporated.
- Stir in lemon thyme.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
- Bake on greased cookie sheets or a silpat.
- Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°.
- Edges may brown slightly.
