| | Directions | | Sauté onions until soft in 3 tablespoons butter. Turn heat off and add 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix, 2 eggs ,1 Cup sour cream, 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well pour into a greased cast iron skillet place into a pre- heated oven 450 degrees bake until golden brown. You can add hot peppers to taste. This is very very good. |
