| Directions | - In a small, heavy saucepan combine vinegar, oil, sugar, and celery seed.
- Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat. Add mustard and season to taste. Cool completely.
- Note: If made a day ahead, cover and refrigerate. Prior to serving, remove from refrigerator and allow to warm to room temperature.
