| Directions |
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Set them cutside down on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook until skin splits and tomatoes soften, approximately 10 minutes.
- Cool slightly on sheet; then peel off the skins and discard.
- Place tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store refrigerated in an air tight container.
