 | Directions |
- Slice baguette into 1/4-1/2 inch slices.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with lemon olive oil.
- Place under a low temp broiler for 3-5 minutes, just until lightly browned.
- Place a small slice of smoked gorgonzola cheese on each baguette. It will melt slightly.
- Place one sliced pear on each.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
