| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- Place one teaspoon of cheese on top of each cracker.
- Tightly wrap a half of a strip of bacon around the cracker and over the cheese, being careful not to break the cracker.
- Place wrapped crackers on a broiler rack or wire rack and set on a baking sheet.
- Place in oven and bake for 2 hours, or until the bacon is done.
- Do not turn or flip over.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
