| Directions |
- In a medium bowl, blend bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and salt.
- In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs until combined.
- Dip the cheese sticks into the eggs to coat completely, allowing the excess to drip off back into the bowl.
- Then, coat the cheese in the bread crumb mixture.
- Pat it down to make sure it coats completely.
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet.
- Repeat the coating process with egg and bread crumbs a second time with each stick.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until frozen, approximately 2 hours but no longer than 2 days.
- Heat oil in a large fry pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese until golden brown, approximately one minute per side.
- Transfer the sticks to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
