| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Use non-stick spray or butter to coat bundt pan. Mix Parmesan cheese and melted butter. Dip about half of the biscuit quarters into cheese/butter mixture and place in bundt pan. Spread onions, peppers and bacon over biscuits. Dip the rest of the biscuit quarters in cheese/butter mixture and place on top of the vegetables and bacon. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes, then invert pan onto platter. Garnish with green pepper strips, if desired. |
