| Directions |
- Cut cucumbers into 1/2-3/4 inch rounds.
- With a melon baller, scoop out the middle without going all the way thru to the bottom of the center. This will make a small cucumber dish.
- Mix together the salsa, sour cream, crab and shredded cheese, reserving some cheese for garnish.
- Place a dap of the mixture into each of the cucumber dishes.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
