| Directions | - Preheat oven broiler.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a large skillet. Over medium high heat, saute onions and mushrooms until light and golden brown, appproximately 10 minutes.
- Slice olives, remaining mushrooms, onion, and cheese into small pieces.
- Place flatbread on baking sheet and brush surface with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Randomly place topping ingredients on the surface of the flatbread, placing the pieces of cheese on last. Salt and pepper, as desired.
- Place flatbread on the middle oven rack. Lightly melt cheese over other ingredients and remove when fully melted, approximately 5 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve whole and allow pieces to be broken off for servings.
