| Directions | In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, mustard powder, salt and cheese until thoroughly combined. In a smaller bowl, beat egg with milk and oil. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and stir just until moistened. The batter will be lumpy. Spoon batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until top is beginning to brown lightly. Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. |
