| Directions | For Relish:
- Peel onions and cut off both ends.
- In a medium bowl, coat onions with olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Wrap each onion in aluminum foil and grill over medium heat for approximately 1 hour or until they are softened. Allow to cool.
- Cut onions into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, ketchup, wine, vinegar, and tobasco sauce. Stir mixture and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, stir in parsley.
For Burger:
- In a large bowl, combine pork, ketchup, salt, allspice, mustard, pepper, and tobasco sauce. Shape into 6 equal sized patties.
- Grill over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning once, until done.
- Serve on a toasted bun with onion relish.
