| Directions |
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad dressing, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir in rice, celery, onions and red pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Just before serving, stir in spinach and bacon (you may need to add more dressing after refrigerating).
