| Directions | Mix yeast in water; blend. Set aside. Mix potatoes, margarine, eggs, salt and sugar; blend into flour. Add yeast water and blend well. Place into greased bowl; cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Roll out like biscuits. Cut into desired shape. Butter tops and let stand for several hours. Bake at 450°F for about 10 minutes. This makes rolls for 4 about 3 times. Take out what you need and put back in refrigerator for next batch. |
