| Directions | Chill all ingredients. Blend 2 Cups Pineapple Juice and Cream of Coconut in blender. Combine Pureed mixture with remaining 3 Cups Pineapple Juice, Soda, Juice of one Lime, Rum and Ice. Garnish with one sliced lime and mint sprigs. |
