Directions
  • In a bowl, combine chopped mango, red onion, lime zest, and cilantro.
  • In another, small bowl, whisk together lime juice and oil. Season to taste. Pour over the mango mixture. Add additional seasonings, if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
