 | Directions | Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla. Add flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. If desired, frost with powdered sugar frosting while warm to give a glaze to the bars. NOTE: You can also add miniature chocolate chips to the batter. Peanut butter can be added to the frosting, too. |
