Place 2 tubes of crackers in a plastic Ziploc bag. Seal and crush the crackers. Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and parsley, cooking over medium heat for a few minutes. Add clams with the juice and stir. Remove from heat. Add crushed crackers and cheese. Mix until moist. Pour into a baking dish and add a sprinkle of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with remaining Ritz crackers. |
