| Directions | Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly and place them in a buttered shallow casserole dish. Rehydrate the soup mix in boiling water. Simmer for a few minutes and pour over the potatoes. Dot heavily with butter and bake, uncovered for about 50 minutes at 375°. The potatoes should be moist but not juicy. |
