Cut top off bread. Pull out bread in the middle and break into small chunks. Fill the bread bowl with dip mixture. Put the lid back on the bread bowl. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and cover it with aluminum foil. Put chunks of bread around the bowl on the cookie sheet. Do not cover these. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
