| Directions | - Preheat oven to 350°
- Coat inside of pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- In a food processor, grind ham until desired consistency. Also process bread until it resembles coarse crumbs, if you do not have wheat free gluten free bread crumbs already.
- Mix ham, pork sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, mustard, and tomato sauce together until completely combined.
- Form into two loaves in prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients and pour evenly over each ham loaf.
- Bake 50-60 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
- Leftovers make great sandwiches.
- For easy clean up, line baking dish with foil and coat well with a vegetable cooking spray.
