Gluten and Wheat Free Ham Loaf Recipe
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Coat inside of pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  • In a food processor, grind ham until desired consistency. Also process bread until it resembles coarse crumbs, if you do not have wheat free gluten free bread crumbs already.
  • Mix ham, pork sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, mustard, and tomato sauce together until completely combined.
  • Form into two loaves in prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients and pour evenly over each ham loaf.
  • Bake 50-60 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
  • Leftovers make great sandwiches.
  • For easy clean up, line baking dish with foil and coat well with a vegetable cooking spray.

Container: 9x13 baking dish or larger.

-2 pounds ground baked ham
-1 pound ground pork sausage
-3 eggs-slightly beaten
-2 cups gluten free, wheat free bread crumbs
- (approximately 4 sliced of gluten free, wheat free bread)
-1 sweet onion - chopped
-8 ounces tomato sauce
-1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
-1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
-1 tablespoon mustard (prepared or spicy)
-1/4 cup cider vinegar
-1/2 cup catsup
