Preheat oven to 275°. In a large bowl, combine the cereal, crackers, corn chips, and mixed nuts; set aside. Mix the butter and remaining 5 ingredients together. Pour over cereal mixture and toss well. Pour out onto large cookie sheets. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Keeps fresh in tightly closed plastic containers or heavy duty zipped bags. |
