| Directions | - Puree apricots in a blender.
- In a sauce pan, combine puréed apricots, brown sugar, mustard, 2 tablespoons of orange or lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of reserved apricot juice. Cook mixture over medium low heat, stirring frequently, for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Spread glaze on ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Apply again during the last 15 minutes if desired.
- Serve extra glaze as a sauce for the meat when it is served.
*Orange juice can be substituted
